		<description>Jim, I could not agree more. Plus, mindfulness meditation helps outside of work too, especially in relationships, and in the moment at difficult moments in relationships. Everywhere it helps to clear out old baggage, and allow some empty space to be before those old thoughts and patterns come crowding in.</description>
