What Is Performance And Health Enhancement training?

Researchers have studied why certain people handle stress more effectively than others. One strong indicator is "hardiness" - defined as the three related beliefs concerning the interaction between self and world: commitment, control and challenge.

Performance and Health Enhancement Training teaches coping strategies. The result is an increased ability to view changes more optimistically and to develop a more effective and productive way of dealing with life.

How Do We Conduct Performance And Health Enhancement Training?

We administer the "HardiSurvey" Assessment, which tests current risk and resistance factors for each individual.

We conduct training sessions teaching specific techniques that can increase coping strategies.

The "HardiSurvey" Assessment can be administered as a follow-up to the course to quantify attitudinal and behavioral changes.
