In 2006 Dr. Terry E. Maltbia, professor of adult learning and leadership at Columbia University, and Jim presented their work on "Emotional Competency and Leading Workplace Diversity: An Integrative Review of Selected Literature" at the Academy of Human Resource Development Conference. Jim recently lead a workshop on action science and mutual learning theory at THE CONFERENCE BOARD EXECUTIVE COACHING SUMMIT in New York City In 2006, 2007 and 2008, Jim will be a guest lecturer in the division of Organizational Behavior, New York University, and McGhee Division. He will be lecturing on Resiliency and Successful Intelligence in a course entitled, "Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace - Self - Other Relationships." |
